Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods will be specified.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of registration will receive a full or partial refund. A 20% cancellation fee will apply.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this period. 

Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, safety, and a supportive environment. Inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification without a refund.

Health and Safety: Ensure you are in good health to participate in the workshop. Disclose any medical conditions on the registration form. A waiver may be required.

Insurance: It is recommended that participants have personal accident insurance. The organizers and instructors are not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the workshop.

Equipment: Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Any specific equipment or gear required for the workshop will be provided.

Media Release: By participating, you consent to the use of images and videos taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.

Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to modify workshop details as necessary. Participants will be promptly notified of any significant changes.
