Our Jiu-Jitsu program for Kids & Adults aims to provide participants with a well-rounded martial arts experience, combining the throws and groundwork of Judo with the submissions and positional control of Jiu-Jitsu. The program focuses on developing physical fitness, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of self-defense principles.

Whether you're a beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your skills, our Jiu Jitsu program is designed to accommodate all skill levels. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for learning and growth.

The Jiu-Jitsu Program Outline:

1. Warm-up (15 minutes):

  • Cardiovascular exercises
  • Dynamic stretching
  • Joint mobility drills

2. Judo Techniques (15 minutes):

  • Emphasis on throws, sweeps, and takedowns
  • Partner drills for practicing off-balancing and entries
  • Controlled sparring to implement techniques in a dynamic setting

3. Jiu-Jitsu Groundwork (15 minutes):

  • Focus on positional control, escapes, and submissions
  • Partner drills for applying techniques in realistic scenarios
  • Live rolling sessions to practice and refine ground skills

Class Structure: Classes will be divided into sections to cater to both beginners and advanced practitioners. Instructors will provide individualized feedback and assistance to ensure each participant progresses at their own pace.

Equipment: Participants are encouraged to bring a Judo gi and, if available, a Jiu-Jitsu gi. Additionally, mouthguards and protective gear may be recommended for certain drills.
